Hello this article is dedicated to inform you about changes in the game for the upcoming season. Additionally we have some smaller improvements in the game launched yesterday so I also would like to tell you about them.
So what is new?
- Employees screen - you can see the end of contract date of all your employees.
- Qualification report - if your driver participated in this qualification, you will be able to see the tactics for your own qualifying attempts (unless they are already deleted after the season to save database space or you forgot to set the tactics)
- Races report - if your driver participated in the race, you will be able to see the strategy on lap by lap screen (unless it is deleted to save database space or you forgot to set the strategy)
- Driver rating - you can now select graph option in your driver rating history to see the changes over a long period.
- Ranking screen - now you can see driver ranking changes, and also top 3 country changes.
And what is the plan for next season? Few mnagers are doing pretty good job with financial strategy of the drivers, and have more money then they can spend. So we will provide some options to improve.
- Influence fo your mechanics to the pit-stop times will be increased. Actually during the pit-stop you can use around 18 mechanics to make sure pit-stop will be fast. If you dont have enough employees, staff provided by race organizers is used. From the start of next season pit-stop times by weak mechanics will be slower and there will be bigger probability of failure, which could lead to even longer pit-stop time or mechanical failure during first lap after pit-stop...
- New Intensive Extra training. There will be 3 more 1 day extra trainings. One will be 3 times faster "intensive training" which will cost 95.000, another will be 5 times faster "intensive training with elite lectors" and will cost 200.000 and the fastest one will be 10 times faster "intensive training with former successfull driver" and this one will cost 500.000.
These changes will lead to better economical system in the game and variability in driver development strategy.
