News About Development 2011-07-15

Hello again. Last week was a tough one, I was not online for 5 days, so there was no development made during those days. The good news is that there were no problem with the game during that time :)

I have not been online for 5 days, but we were still able to finish some new stuff, during other days. Most important of them is, that we finished administration tool, to rename wrong driver names. From now you can report any name that brakes rules directly from driver's manager profile. Don't forget that the name of driver does not have to be your own name, it just have to be a name, which is usual in your country. After reported name gets to our administrators, they can validate the name, if they believe the name is OK, they can send the request to driver's owner to rename him, or they can rename driver manually (usually in case when there is only small change necessary). The owner do have 7 days to rename the driver, if he failed to do that, administrators will generate a random name.
Another very important information for all of you is, that from now flipers from Latvia is the official member of development team. He has the Supervisor role in the team, which means he will take care of most things except game functionality development. He basically is now a leader of translators and moderators and he will also take care of some more stuff. If you want to contact creators, send the private message to him, or post it to our forum. That will allow me to develop the game faster, but if you have something important to ask me personally don't worry to contact me :)
