i agree

some of the series drivers in real life are in top form still at 40 y/o. Nascar being one of the main ones, and you would think somehow the game would take into account the series you make a main stay in, and how well your driver is taking care of.
but understandably also i think that would require too much coding across the board, and could be taken advantage of in F1 where most of those drivers retire younger then Nascar I believe??
