After heartbreaking mechanical retirement for Campolargo on lap 1 who started from pole position it was Germain´s mission to get points for RB and he performed wonderfully finishing in 2nd place. Which was good recovery drive for the constructor´s and for Germain himself who finished 1 position higher than his championship rival Novikov

Race was won by Red Bull´s academy driver Erik Rosberg (Toyota)

Germain: 2nd

Campolargo: DNF
