Officially I am announcing that our driver Tim "Hollywood" Richmond will not be taking position as number 2 driver in the HamerHedZ F1 team . I had hoped that as next season approached his rating would have increased significantly but the recent rash of mechanical failures have relegated him to be lucky to finish his series in the middle of the pack.
We have diligently inspected all failures and found each has had a unique circumstance . There has been no connection of each to another although in 1 case we did avoid any further damages . We are referencing to the several days when the temps got down to 35 below . Fedex delivered some gears and have always been bad about just leaving the boxes out on the receiving dock whenever they run late . Because of winter weather they left the boxes of gears out side next to the dock and then a severe storm hit upon us for several days and these gears which are made to withstand high temps not extreme lows sat outside for days covered in snow in sub-zero weather . This was the cause of a recent transmission failure and upon subsequent inspection of all the gears delivered that day they had micro-fractures which would have caused them to eventually fail . Fedex has always been irresponsible about their deliveries even when we have tried to correct any mistakes on their part and even now in the face of several lawsuits we have against them , they don’t understand and don’t seem to care.
Another mechanical failure was shown extensively on TV replays where another car in front of ours either lost a part or ran over a piece of some metal and subsequently threw this with such force to completely shear an upper control arm of the steering causing us out of that race.

None of these have anything to do with HamerHedZ Carriage WerkZ as that group carries on its task of providing an F1 team of the highest caliber . The drivers on our prospective list will be contacted soon with our criteria
