Ray! Don't leave us! Great Britain needs you!

Two major announcements yesterday. The first was the launch of the national associations, where countries from around the MRC globe will compete for glory and honour. The second may prove to seriously dent the British Team for this event.

Ray Striver announced his retirement at Silverstone last night. he qualified in P2,but even that result wasn't enough to change his mind. Ray has been a regular presence in the MRC world and a voice we have all become accustom to. You will be missed.

This leaves the British team without one of its top drivers, but currently the team faces more problems than that - only 2 managers of the required 10 have shown their support - with Robert Headington (NR3) and the rookie Murdoch Bennett (NR100) throwing their hats into the ring.

UK Drivers its time to step up, we have a mountain to climb, and may struggle to keep the italians in sight - but without the support of the UK Drivers and managers we won't even make the grid!
