Foyt had his best race all season today at Mexico City.. No he did not score a point. Mexico City is a Fast track. Yet early on starting in 23rd qualifying he began to move up quickly. Foyt fans was excited to see the driver they have grown to love moving up the field in Audi car. As luck would have it late in race Foyt was 19th but first caution came out.. The team expect Foyt to lose a spot due to Foyt finishing on Hards.. But Instead Foyt made a brilliant pass On Storm Jackson in the Ford Car and took 18th behind the 2 fords. So just maybe Foyt hs finally got his feet wet in F1. No it record books nobody will remember the effort it took to actually finish ahead of Strom Jackson and the Ford car.. Just maybe it will help secure a ride somewhere in F1 again!
