I actually think there should be a separate section starting when you create a driver separate training based on the following in order to create a more competitive driver.

Short Tracks understanding repetitive nature and quick reactions

Ovals General Helps with developing other style tracks Short/Intermediate/Super Speedways

Intermediate Ovals Helps grip and maximizes line
Super speedways Works with all mentals

Road Courses Most tracks understanding lefts and rights make your driver comfortable.

Ultra long tracks You do not see repetition but every lap keeps your driver cool and riding a razors edge.

Braking out brake into corners knowledge of line but ultimate control. Get more out of a lap. Last lap massive bonus to undercut opponents ahead of you.

Judgement Less mistakes when Blocking/overtaking/using drs.

Preparation. Knowledge of track line passing areas helps at tracks that have minimal passing areas and problem areas.

10 skills that would be great to separate and let us train simultaneously but you have to pick which ones to train to max you can not fill all of them to max designed to special your driver give him flaws but let him excel based on decisions.
