Aaron Foyt got Engineers late heading into Silverstone practice and added pressure lead to poor practice session. The frustration carried over to qualifications just few hours later. and Made 2 errors in there. So the team was not confident going into Silverstone the British Grand prix. The car was loose But still Foyt managed to pass a couple of cars. But when he finally caught his teammate he tried to power brake to pass him and car broke loose and made a major mistake. He seems to smooth out and was running Good. But just before his second scheduled pit trying to push to the top 10. He did it again unable to engine brake enough to make up for weak brakes and poor suspension he broke the car loose skidding into concrete barrier and broke his fragile suspension ending his day! Foyt livid after the crash threw his bell helmet into the barrier so hard it cracked his bell helmet. Obviously frustrated but when asked he simply said I was to aggressive and cracked under the pressure. Then walked away to hide his true feelings from the media.
