Quickly we provide a small recap of Season 4.
Looking back ,we are glad to say we managed alot of training. Tim Hollywood Richmond our illustrious driver spent plenty of time training with a psychologist to gain some Mental Skills which he sorely needed {pun intended}. And already this season he has shown improvement to not get run over as much. There is still tons of room for more Mental Skills training.

He also worked with the various team members in training for their Pitcrew assignments .Which also shows in their pit times.
We took a step back to a National series this season as last season we got our ass handed to us a bunch of times in the Baltic Regional series by the Estonian Ivo Gendrikson even though his manager zuuric would only show up every couple of weeks and set strategy and leave on holiday for another dozen days.
