Competition levels

I agree it would be nice if the developmental levels in the different series were actually in some way regulated to make it possible for developing drivers to actually have a chance to win titles and be competitive for the top spots.
In almost any series that gives you any kind of significant points towards overall ranking, the top spots are taken by drivers that are thousands of points and several years older than the rest of the drivers in those series.
