Not new?

I must say in the Spanish community and having asked other foreign managers, most of them didn't explicitly tell me "don't go to series with pitstops to max your skills", but many told me that you should have as many extra trainings as you can and that I shouldn't worry about a pit crew until getting to the big series.

So I think you can figure out by yourself you can save money on a crew while in the early stages of a driver because it won't make much of a difference even in series with pitstops (level is lower and so not decisive).

Do I want the best driver that I can make? Yes, but right now, racing in NASC and having raced in Indy, I can see that the pit crew can make or break races, the margins so very fine between top drivers.

If anything a debate should open here... Should managers pay for full pit-crews? Is it really realistic compared to real life?
