Yes, we can!

After some very good results in his second competitive season all that was left to do for German driver A. Merkel was to finally win a race. There was a growing unease if he is capable of making it happen, but these days are history now. A memorable race in the German Trophy Custom Racing Series Sachsenring sprint event, saw Merkel take the chequered flag first. "I always knew I could do it and my management kept patient with me. So here we are. I grew up only a couple miles from here. I watched the races here as a child and taking my first win here is brilliant, just brilliant" a still overwhelmed driver stated.
