Delight for Hunt as he breaks his top step duck!

The latest race meeting of the F3 American Series at Waktins Glen saw a dominating performance by Ryan Hunt as he clinched a clean sweep, pole, fastest lap & for the first ever time a chance to step onto the highest level of the podium.

This overdue victory came against some of his usual rivals, this time Hunt had them covered from the start, powering away and inching out a gap with some consistent lap times. His start-to-finish win will go down as one of the most dominant this season.

Title rivals Colleredo & Richmond continue to fight for the title, Richmond's misfortune in race 1 giving the chance to Colleredo to claw back some lost ground which he gladly grabbed with a solid runner-up slot.

In race 2 it was more of the same, an identical victory for Hunt again leading from the start, Colleredo cruised into 2nd with Richmond providing most of the on-track entertainment as he made his way back through the field, before finishing in a solid 5th place, a position he'd surely have taken at the start.

For the title, Colleredo & Richmond seem set to battle all the way to the finish, their greater consistency sees them 50 points clear of Hunt who moved into 3rd in the title chase. He's sure to be a threat going into the final rounds.
