Ferrari News: Round 4 Bahrain GP Race Predictions & Analysis

Happy Friday, Ferrari Army!

Today we’re racing in Bahrain for Round 4 of the Formula One World Championship.

Track: Sakhir, Bahrain

Our drivers Erik Rosberg and Craig Gardner will start P3 and P4 after a very fortunate qualifying session yesterday. Almost all the top drivers made mistakes in their Q2 and Q3 runs — and Red Bull even ran without an engine (confirmed by JordanF1 in the F1 MRC chat!).

Bahrain, like Montreal, Spa, Monza, and Singapore, is a top-speed track — always a challenge for us, as these circuits favour teams that have developed top-speed chassis.

Quick explanation: Teams can choose from four different chassis types:

Balanced

Downforce

Top Speed

Handling

Teams with top-speed chassis, such as Lotus, Senna, and Aston Martin, are always lightning-fast here.

That said — let’s see what happens in the race! We’ll have to dig deep to fight for a podium today against the Senna and Lotus cars. And never underestimate Porsche or Toyota — both have world-class drivers and very fast machinery.

Race expectations:

Good result: 4th & 5th (keeping a Lotus behind will be tough!)

OK result: 5th & 6th (watch out for Porsche’s Zupancic and Toyota’s Novikov)

With the Tifosi behind us, we will never lose.

Forza Tifosi.
Forza Ferrari.
