Pegaso Driver Development Programme - Season 64 update

Hello Pegaso fans,

You've had to wait a while, but here it is at last: the PDDP update for season 64. Just in time to remind everyone that it's worth questioning your choice of new season series in the context of your driver's development. The list has grown a little longer this season. We have added our new friend of Pegaso and fantastic new signing Miłodziad Dobrychłop for comparison, as well as the drivers of a few new fans and a number of new drivers from existing fans.

In that last group, it is clear that everyone is well aware of the importance of training personal skills at the start of a career. This is a slow process and takes several seasons. It is important not to lose focus in the meantime and to keep looking for marginal gains. Perhaps you can log in regularly and not lose two hours every time for extra training. Don't spend money on staff that you don't really need at the moment. Make a plan in this regard and keep in mind that you only need coaches for your daily training. Do the math: a good PR manager will quickly bring in some money once your rating rises and your charisma increases.

Looking at the top of the table, it's clear that we've covered all bases, but could also use some reinforcement. Currently, there is a small gap between the top and the subtop. Keiyote developed John Cannon into an absolute top driver, and it is perfectly understandable that he wants to seize every opportunity for success. He is currently living up to that expectation and has a great chance of winning the title with top team Red Bull. I don't want to jinx it, but congratulations Keiyote on a great season. We are not that top team yet, but we are getting a little closer every season. So much so that nicorz was able to convince Leigh to commit to Pegaso for this and next season with his absolute top driver Miłodziad Dobrychłop. I would therefore like to thank Leigh for his commitment and confidence in our team.

There is a small gap, but the future looks bright. Drivers such as Juan Barnard, Nacer Gonza, and David Montero only need a few more seasons and they will be ready for the big time. As you know, our ambition is to draw as much as possible from the PDDP participants when selecting our drivers. As our team gets stronger, the selection standards also go up. In that sense, it's great to see that so many managers are getting better at thinking long-term, which is what it takes to develop your driver.

Slightly younger prospects such as Arnau Massanet, Ivo Colemann and Nicolás Carrasco are also emerging as candidates for the future. From this group, I would like to single out Ivo Colemann, or rather his manager HectorManenti. He not only distinguishes himself by demonstrating that he is an excellent career builder, but he also shows his commitment to the game by organising already the second edition of the popular World Team Championship. A great success, in which his organisational talent and the extra content he provides for the entire event both rise above the average.
