Op de Slovakiaring heeft Raymond van de Pol zijn beste weekend tot nu toe gehad. alle drie de races mocht hij van p2 starten. dat is op zich al een mooie prestatie. In de eerste race werd hij ook tweede. Maar in zowel race 2 als race 3 wist hij de koppositie te pakken en deze niet meer af te staan.

Door deze resultaten wist hij na race 2 de tweede plaats in het kampioenschap veilig te stellen. De titel zat er al niet meer in maar om een weekend voor het einde al zeker te zijn van de tweede plaats dat geeft een fijn gevoel.
