One of the disadvantages of the current F1 system is that the team rating is not changing so dynamically when bad-rated teams build a good car and have good results during the season. Let me explain how it works now.

New Formula 1 Engines Idea
Hello everybody, I would like to introduce the idea of Formula 1 team management on MyRacingCareer.com. It has been criticised recently and I decided to invest some time in designing a new system.
