Reflex mental or Physical skill

I started my drivers Mental Skills recently and it came to mind Reflex is on a Mental skill. Them seemed strange being a former athlete that somehow siting a listening to a College professor could increase that..

Then I remember my Baseball and American Football workouts.. My reflex's and agility was improved by physical training in strength conditioning and endurance most of which was running and making quick moves over and over again.

While the world has become more and more assumed that college education is the key to success in everything including raising your IQ. IQ your ability to think and learn quickly your born with.. How much you know is educated into your mind from college.. But reflex's are a trained physical developed skill.. From hours upon of physically pushing your body to the limit..

Maybe Reflex's in future may be moved to a Physical skill.. And current physical skill be called strength and stamina.. The special skills of Balance and drift are also Physical skill namedly agility could be moved there..

It's hard for anyone to convince me any college professor can teach me anything about having quicker reactions that is reflex's.

But they could teach me how to be a better writer!
