Dare Atelšek to join Alpine F1 team in S45

Slovenian F1 veteran is about to leave McLaren after 2nd season. He became McLaren driver in S43, after retirement of legendary Novikov as his replacement.
His best championship position to date is 2nd in season 39 when he was driving for Porsche. He already won 12 F1 races in his 153 stars, which makes him one of most experience drivers in F1. His current season did not start the best way, but he's confident to improve during the season.

Dare is already looking forward to work with Alpine: "I am really satisfied to head for Alpine in next season. They are working well and improving constantly in last few seasons, so I also hope I can help them with some good results. For sure it is much too early to set goals, as all teams are in early phase of developing new cars, but I believe in Alpine and their efforts, so I am not worried about the car now."

For now it remains unclear if it might be Dare's last F1 season, but the driver hinted he would like to stay longer if there is a chance for him.
