Mixed feelings for young gun

After 2 weeks of racing in this new season, there are some mixed feelings for the 18 year old driver Tobias Steegs. Although we can see tremendous improvement in his speed the young bloke isn't pleased with his recent performances.
The Copa SudAmericana custom series has just finished, but it was one to forget as quickly as possible. In his last 6 races, he didn't finish 5 times. He ended the season ranked 15th, which according to himself was way below his goal.

But it's not all cloudy for this Australian rookie. He had quite a few impressive results as well. He got accepted into the Benelux Series, and he's performing quite well. He's currently ranked 12th with 73 points, he had 2 top 10 finishes, and it looks like the next race held in Zandvoort will be another top 10. They just had the qualifying race, and he will start in the 6th position with 0.365 seconds behind the leader and only 0.005 seconds behind the number 4 and 5 who both have the exact same time.

We've spoken to Tobias after the qualifiers:
Me: Good race there mate, great time, how do you feel?

Tobias: I'm feeling great, it's good to see my times improve every race. It shows that all the hard work is paying off.

Me: After the Copa SudAmericana ended, how did you feel then and what are you going to do now?

Tobias: I was devastated. It shows that I still have a lot to learn on city tracks. They are very tricky, tight corners. But I already forgot about these results. I have an awesome manager and team around me, who support me. And we're looking to the future now. I feel confident to grab a top 10 spot in the Benelux Series, and I'm looking forward to a fresh start in the upcoming AUS Challenge.

Me: Last question, with the amount of races you're currently doing, how do you fit it all in? It's such a tight schedule, do you even get time to sleep?

Tobias: I would if this reporter would let me go to bed *WINK*.
