Williams looking for a new team manager

I have given this a lot of thought lately. I moved abroad to Italy 3 weeks ago and I am currently very busy with my personal stuff and work. Actually I have been really busy after July in general and now it's starting to show also in MRC as I completely forget about the suppliers and screwed up S20 for the whole team and the drivers.

I have been running the team since day 1 of F1 (F1 started somewhere in early 2014). With the support of a few shareholders I have been able to take the team from the last position to 4th place and I have a plan to get it even closer if not into the top-3. I just don't have the time to finish my plan and I am looking for an experienced and extremely motivated manager to do it instead of me. I will support you with all the knowledge I have. I will answer all the questions you may have always when I am able to. I just won't be dealing with the daily stuff of F1 anymore.

I offer my guidance if you have doubts about something or you don't know which way to take the team. You will also have all the budgeting tables and other files at your disposal. The budgeting table is in Finnish, but I can translate it in English quite quickly if needed.

I am not looking for a successor only within the existing shareholders, because none of them has shown the interest and motivation that is needed to succeed in this task.
