Philippines joins Formula 3
Being not in the map of the racing industry, the Philippines joins Formula 3 with Rookie driver Lucky Cruz, stating to make a name for themselves and their country.
The Philippines however is not new to the racing atmosphere, "its going to be a tough challenge, were the new guys on the block" said Rookie driver Lucky Cruz.
Being the only active team currently from their country. Cruz encourages more Filipinos to join the Formula 3 experience.
