Paziņojumi presei - RAGE: Stock Survivor Series: Daytona Race II

RAGE: Stock Survivor Series: Daytona Race II

After the thrilling series opener at Daytona yesterday you'd have been forgiven for thinking the series might have a slightly calmer second day. It wasn't to be the case however with 233 overtaking moves pull by the 30 strong field during the race.

The biggest gainer was Max Vanderpuije who, after his unfrotunate dnf in race 1, pulled a great performance to go from the back of the grid to 9th place at the end of the race. The biggest loser was Rage's own Murdoch Bennett who had a rtoubled day dropping a total of 8 spots to finish 22nd.

The real excitement cam in the final few laps however when front runners Dan and Novikov swapped places three times in the last 4 laps. The final passing move came on the very last lap when Novikov passed Dan and held him off for the rest of the lap to take his first win of the series. Dan retains the series lead by just 1 point!

The series now moves to Charlotte where there really is everything to race for!
