Back Row Zaggro

After yesterday's time travelling antics, Mack Zaggro went into the Superb Formula race at Autopolis with nothing to lose, except faith :/

A monster start saw the British driver climb ten places in a single lap, from P30, to P20. All looked good for Zaggro to pull an unexpected decent haul of points from the weekend... Before finding himself firmly planted behind Winter... An abandoned driver whose manager has been inactive since July!

Macks inexplicable inability to pass Winter highlights an unfortunate flaw. Despite remarkable overtaking skill, and a maxed out overtaking aggression of 100, there was no getting past Winter for nearly 30 laps, costing him a staggering minute and a half!. Presumably on account of this once highly ranked driver having phenomenal blocking skill...

Zaggro eventually binned it anyway, shortly after finally finding his way past during pit stops, long after far too much damage was done to his race...

I know many series struggle for numbers, but surely there is a way to effectively code a "blue flag" scenario for inactive drivers and breeze past them, opposed to destroying an active drivers race?
