Professor Knowitall came to Michigan Lake 400 to explain why to the driver there How physics could prevent the rash of crashes in the Gold Cup.. All the contenders refused to let them in their cars.. So the Officail of the Race said there would be drawing of Straws!

Well Bruce Wayne decided to raid the straw selection and in typical Gold Cup racing got all the other drivers to help make the straws.. So when the straw was selected Aaron Foyt got the Dubious nod to drive the Professor Knowitall from MIT in practice and qaulifications..

While in Practice session every lap the Profession would make suggestion.. After each session Grew quieter and Redder in the face.. Foyt known for his friendly manner was absolutely silent after the final practice session..

So qualification day arrives.. Foyt decides hell or high water something had to be done.. So Foyt on his first Lap does fine... But professor gabs how poorly his engineer setup his.. So Foyt on second Lap purposely take turn 1 to fast and the breaks lose slightly... Professor Knowitall once again says see your Engineer know nothing about Physics... Foyt is Fumming so in back straight he bangs against side wall.. The professor scream's "What was that"!... Foyt laughs and smiles "well didn't you know That is a RUB"!

Foyt makes up time and qualifies 10th.. He How did I a manage the fastest lap time with your entire side of the wrinkled.. How does that work in your Phyisic's".. Professor now pissed because he has been had by a lowly Texas redneck Stock car driver! Fumbles with the buckles on his Harness! What did you do? Foyt replies did you forget to bring Acetone? Professor Knowitall why would I need that? Foyt smiles to remove the super glue in the safety harness Latches.. I may have Failed your Geomtry Test for the race but at least I Know some Chemistry!
