Hi all, I have been working on a guide for new managers. This guide has been put together after speaking with other drivers already involved with F1 Teams and then putting that information together in one place. 

This guide is designed to help new managers get the most out of their drivers. It covers everything from creating a new driver to setting up your garage, refining your driving style, training effectively, managing employees, handling finances, optimizing race setups, and planning for future success. (More to come later)

The guide is currently aimed at Managers in Open Wheel Formula.

Since this is a new guide, I'm looking to get feedback from more Managers now to help evolve this into the best guide it can be. 

I really hope you find this guide helpful and that other more experienced managers can contribute their wisdom to improve this.
