Es ist offiziell: Diesel und Artmann werden Österreich bei der ersten Ausgabe der Trophy of the Nations vertreten.
Die beiden werden in der Gruppe D starten und treffen auf Gegner aus Russland, Weißrussland, Slowakei, Holland und Madagascar. Nur die drei Erstplatzierten kommen eine Runde weiter.
Beide Fahrer rechnen fest damit, eine Runde weiter zu kommen.
