With 2 laps to go, it was close to becoming a perfect weekend for Wais Vé Kuba before another rookie error saw him spin out at Turn 7, running in 4th, Wais throws out a bag of fully deserved points and the result. Wais speaks to us.

Anderson: Wais, disappointing end, what happened?

Wais: Completely my fault, I was defending too hard from Dan and my tyres were going away, I braked hard, locked the rears and spun around, that's the time I threw the steering wheel with anger and tears on my face.

A: You're also still yet to finish a feature race...

W: Reliabilty isn't easy in this game, anything can happen.

A: Hopefully you can have a better week at Sonoma.

W: Yea, pretty fun track, I just want to get out there and prove that my 3rd place on Friday wasn't a fluke at all.
