Game feels like it missing something

I remember back in beta that we discussed this and it was shot down quickly stating that we would have our hands full with a single driver and wouldn't have time for teams or second drivers. I left the game and have return since beta testing was completed and I can tell you that I am still waiting to be overwhelmed and too busy to run a team or a second driver.

Issues that have been brought up has been with second drivers the time frame that it takes to get one driver good enough or near the top takes a long time thus a second driver would be a good set off since he could be much younger so when your first driver retires you have another driver already nearing the top. Sadly I also see this as a pay option since it needs to benefit the game developers to allow continuous play like this.

Teams has always been missing in my mind from this game. We have the option to allow team mate to pass but when do we have a team mate? Teams would make the series more interesting since you can either work with another driver or simple run a single entry to have a larger challenge.

I also have other suggestions but they are completely off this topic but I know this game has lost a lot of good players due to the limited nature of having multiple drivers and teams. I for one would like to consider myself as driver manager but how many driver manager only have a single driver that they are trying to guide towards their goals? Yeah, most have two or three drivers that they guide and I feel we need to have this option to keep manager interested.

Teams is a no brainier as I know I would use this feature a lot!!
