Money Time for Jerko Vandenbergh

Ending 7th in last season's Formula 3 Benelux series, Vandenbergh aims higher in season 6.

Vandenbergh was keen on promoting to a higher level to show off his skills, but his manager had to calm him down and convinced him to race another year in the low level F3 Benelux championship. According to his manager, this championship is the best environment to develop his skills and still get some good results.

In order to persuade Vandenbergh, his manager had to promise him he could apply in the F3 Europe series for season 7, if he managed to end in the top 5 of the Benelux Series and also grabbed the number 1 ranking of the Belgian riders (He is currently 2nd) at the end of season 6.

On the other hand, Vandenbergh's manager also made it very clear that a disappointing season, could result in the end of their collaboration.

It seems it's money time this season for Vandenbergh. Let's hope his ambition isn't the start of his downfall.
