After a really strong season, T.Lang became the first champion in American SBK history. When all went well, none of his opponents could match his pace, and he's taken 25 wins from 30 races so far, and after 29 races he was unassailable in the lead.

"I'm really happy and also proud of what I've achieved this season!" so Lang after winning the title. "But I can't rest on my laurels now, next season will be really difficult when I return to Moto2. It's a completely different wind blowing there than here in the States."
