When you been a part of the game so long. You start doing things that is very time consuming and running a F1 team so long is to much for many. If your just racing and training your drivers takes around 15 20 20 minutes max. you can also just setup up your drivers that require only one a week for full week of racing like F2 world and all f4 series. do that for few seasons even though you work you need something to reset your mind.
