F1 S16 McLaren Racing Unveiling

In less than 2 hours time the F1 series will kick off with qualifying in Australia. The biggest change this season will be with the new engine regulations and this could well mix the pack up. As with all pre season build ups some teams are yet to reveal their car liveries but McLaren here and now will officially launch their Season 16 livery as seen here in the official unveiling!



A fresh new design whilst keeping the retro McLaren colours!

McLaren has seen it's fan base grow and grow over the past few seasons and this is something we would love to continue to happen. Naturally as the teams success increases so will it's fans and the team are hopeful of attracting new fans to follow the team. Some fans may follow the team because of it heritage, some because of real world support for the team. At McLaren we like to see loyalty and we love seeing you guys racing in the McLaren fan helmets. A huge thing for all the teams in MRC F1 is voting points and each voting point we get adds to the potential financial boost we get depending on where we finish in the table of voting points. At McLaren we want to build a community that allows the fans to talk and interact with the team. We have the updates in the UK forum after every race and you can learn more about the development of the car in the fan chat. We don't think that we need to buy your votes, we think that by creating a loyal fan base you will support us and that support will help us achieve what we all want to see McLaren Racing at the top of the tree, afterall, if you are a McLaren fan you want the team to succeed just as much as we do!

We look forward to the new season with Rocco Rapido looking to better his 3rd placed standing finish and new recruit Guido Di Rado looking to relight the fire in his career.
