Difficulty Not A Distraction For New American Driver

After a slow initial start in rookie racing, rising American driver Jeffery Payne soon found the podium top in over a third of his rating limited starts. Finding the podium at all has been a struggle with the higher rated races, but Mr. Payne doesn't see this as an obstacle.
